Hi, I’m Darius Baharlo—a music industry enthusiast, live performer, and lover of all things outdoors. I’m currently pursuing a degree in the Bandier Program at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, where I’ve maintained a 4.0 GPA and earned multiple entries on the Dean’s List. Through my academic journey, I’ve had the privilege of receiving honors like the Newhouse Leadership Scholar award and Bandier Class Representative, which have further fueled my passion for this industry.
Professionally, I’ve gained hands-on experience as a Music and Talent Booking Coordinator for WERW Radio, where I negotiate with artist teams and agencies, assist with bookings, and promote events. I’m also part of University Union’s Concerts Research Team, helping identify talent for major events like Juice Jam and Jamboree. Additionally, I'm a producer Full Rate No Cap, a show that analyzes trends and ideas in the music business, where I oversee everything from research to visual content creation.
During my free time, I love playing music, connecting with audiences that share the same passion as I do. Being outdoors is also a big part of who I am—you can often find me hiking and camping with friends and family.
I’m passionate about the music industry and thrive in areas such as entertainment law, artist and talent booking, digital marketing, and event planning. Whether I’m planning an album release, booking talent, or hiking up a mountain, I approach every challenge with the same energy and determination.
